Business Development & Sponsorship Coordinator

Job description / Role

Our client, a well-known Events Organization in Abu Dhabi, is currently looking for a Business Development & Sponsorship Coordinator.

In this role, you will primarily be responsible for introducing the organization’s activities, identifying other companies that can provide funding for the organization’s activities, negotiating the commercial contract of the sponsorship, and ensuring that all partnered sponsorship arrangements are fulfilled.

Responsibilities
· Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to increase revenue and profitability.
· Identify and cultivate relationships with potential sponsors, partners, and donors.
· Negotiate sponsorship and partnership agreements.
· Develop and execute marketing and promotional campaigns to increase sponsor and partner visibility.
· Manage and track sponsorships and partnerships to ensure contractual obligations are met.
· Coordinate with cross-functional teams to create effective sponsorship and partnership programs.
· Analyze and report on the effectiveness and ROI of sponsorship and partnership programs.

· Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
· 3+ years of experience in business development, sponsorship sales, or related field
· Willing to work and be based in Abu Dhabi
· Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
· Demonstrated track record of generating revenue through sponsorships and partnerships.
· Experience with project management and event planning.
· Ability to work independently and within a team.
