Job description / Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development professional to join our team in Dubai's thriving interior fit-out industry. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving growth by building and nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and effectively communicating our innovative interior solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the turnkey interiors fit-out sector.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through networking and strategic outreach.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
- Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure alignment with client expectations and project goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and potential areas for growth.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational targets.
- Assist in negotiating contracts and closing deals with clients.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development or sales in the interiors fit-out industry.
- Strong understanding of the UAE market and business landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategies and drive results in a competitive environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- A proactive and self-motivated individual with a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; further qualifications are a plus.
- Experience -UAE 10+ yrs
- Driving License Required
- Age Limit 45 yrs
- Notice Period Max 30 days
