Our client is a restaurant management brand who are expanding. They are hiring for a Business Excellence Executive to join their team in Dubai, UAE.
This candidate will be the pivot in creating, implementing, improvising and standardizing the operations across the various departments. They Key function of this role would be to develop standards of operations liaising with the Line Managers and Depart Heads. The position requires the candidate to have hands on experience in operations, analysis and developing strategies to improve business processed.
Requirements
The applicant will require a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will be proficient with using Microsoft Office Suite/tools. The candidate will preferably come from Hospitality, Education Manufacturing/Engineering or an IT background. The candidate must have a university degree and speak English fluently. The candidate will work between Dubai and Abu Dhabi and are required to have UAE licence.
The role will provide competitive salary package.
