As a Business Excellence/Performance Management Manager, you will be responsible for driving business performance and excellence by developing and monitoring KPIs, managing performance across departments, and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. You will lead process improvements, oversee strategic projects, and engage with senior stakeholders to optimize organisational efficiency and performance.

Description
* Design, implement, and continuously refine Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track organizational performance against strategic objectives.
* Lead performance management processes across departments, ensuring that all business units align with corporate goals and deliver results.
* Collect, analyse, and report on performance data, providing actionable insights to senior management to drive decision-making and strategic planning.
* Identify opportunities for process optimization to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery, working closely with cross-functional teams.
* Collaborate with department heads and key stakeholders to ensure consistent communication, alignment, and achievement of performance targets.
* Facilitate regular reviews of organizational performance, recommending and implementing improvements to policies, procedures, and practices as necessary.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is highly preferred.
* Must have 4 - 8 years of experience in a consulting firm or industry within the real estate/property sector.
* Must have strong experience in policy, procedures, and designing performance governance frameworks.
* Must have certifications as Balanced Scorecard professional, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or in project management.
* Six Sigma certification is preferred.
* Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements, manage complex projects, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve organisational goals.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a track record of engaging effectively with senior stakeholders and executives.
