Position Title: Business Expansion Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 12K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus bonus, phone & travel allowances

About the Client:
A leading Chinese apparel brand offering casual and formal clothing

Job Description:
• Planning, identifying, surveying, evaluating, and proposing potential areas for expansion.
• Negotiate rental terms and advise on legal risks in lease agreements.
• Oversee and ensure successful store openings, handling relevant issues.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and ensure compliance with regulations for smooth expansion

Qualifications:
• 40 years old and below
• Atleast 3 years of relevant experience in the same field
• Must have valid UAE Driver’s License and own car
• Should be willing to travel within UAE and overseas if required

Salary:
AED 14,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
