Business Financial Analyst

Job description / Role

• Valuation of Assets for real estate, retail, manufacturing & food & beverages industries.
• Prepare Capital Structure Analysis.
• Prepare company’s business and strategic plans
• Prepare case studies for new projects/investments as and when required
• Prepare feasibility studies including market researches & financials.
• Building financial models using historical data and providing forecasts based on various industry-related operating metrics.
• Conducting Scenario Analysis based on macro and micro factors that will help in accessing risk.
• Ensuring accurate modeling of allocated portfolios and developing new transaction models and enhancing the existing models.
• Recommending and Implementing process for improvements to budget and prepare forecast for company.
• Identifying the key financial and non-financial risks, recommending actions for mitigation of those risks.
• Applying appropriate sensitivity and scenario analysis to support investment actions.
• Analyzing and identifying data requirements related derivation rules and model tracking.
• Participate in financial statement analysis and adhoc reports as and when required by direct manager.
• Power point presentations.

Requirements

B. in Finance, Economics, Econometric, or Mathematics

5 year experience in same role 2+ years of experience at Big 4, insurance company or in commercial banking is an advantage Superior Excel Skills
Background in revenue forecasting
Knowledge about Accounting, Finance & Valuation
Experience in investment appraisal techniques like NPV, DCF, IRR etc
Confident command of English Programming experience is an advantage
Experience with ERP is an advantage
Problem solving ability
Time Management
