Our client is a renowned and leading name in high-end and luxury bathroom fixtures. In line with their global expansion plans, the company is looking for Business Heads for the Middle East and Asia Pacific markets to be based in Dubai.
JOB DESCRIPTION (BUSINESS HEAD FOR MIDDLE EAST / ASIA PACIFIC)
KRAs
• Heading and directing the Business of Middle East or Asia Pacific through a team of Area managers and sales executives.
• Appointing country partners, country / market relationships, distribution and dealer channels across Asia Pacific Countries.
• Drawing up marketing and advertising campaigns and rolling them out.
• Setting up realistic business plans and drawing up the strategy and action plans to achieve the same.
• Directing the team and working with the team to achieve the desired results.
• Building the brand and business of a global major in bathroom space.
Compensation Package
• Annual tax free compensation in line with industry standards inclusive of accommodation and car.
• Monthly allowances for Car/Petrol, Mobile.

Requirements
• Graduate preferably Engineer – Post graduate qualifications in Business Administration will be an advantage.
• 8 to 15 years experience in sales and sales management.
• Exposure to marketing and advertising concepts.
• 3 to 7 years experience in Managerial capacity heading and directing a high caliber team.
• Skills and expertise in budgeting and goal setting.
• Domain experience / exposure to Bathroom products or consumer durables or consumer electronics would be an advantage.
• Experience / exposure to the market segments of retail, projects and re-distribution will be an advantage.
• Exposure to Middle East or Asia Pacific Markets is an advantage though not a pre-requisite.
Profile, Skills and Expertise
• Pleasing personality with excellent communication skills in English.
• Good man-management skills and outgoing personality.
• Loves travel and willing to travel extensively.
• Self-starter, self-motivated and ability to motivate team and simulate performance.
