About the Client:
A prominent holding company in Dubai, with diversified portfolio of businesses which includes real estate, contracting, trading, automotive and logistics.

Job Description:
-Taking the lead in the day-to-day operation of the co-working space, business center and overall coordination within the departments.
-Developing, implementing, and managing the incubator programs, ensuring alignment with the needs of clients.
-Managing and coordinating all aspects of facility maintenance (cleaning, repairs, etc.) to ensure all facilities are readily available for clients.
-Designing and overseeing the training materials and workshops for topics like business strategy, product development, marketing, and consulting.

Qualifications:
-28- 40 years old, with very good English communication skills
-Bachelor’s degree with least 5 years relevant experience in business operation, within in real estate or related industry
-Must have experience as a team lead/ business manager within co-working space or business centers

Salary:
AED 13,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
