Job description / Role
• Always keeping aligned with organization’s brands, strategies and goals, in order to provide information that defines the value of the data and delivering sufficient information in a way to enable efficient decision-making. Producing post contact phase reports.
• Always keeping updated with organization’s expansion.
• Identifying BI related issues / obstacles and promptly resolving them, leaving the door open for new innovations’ opportunities and continuous customer experience improvement.
• Addressing any incidents identified to IMC, proactively in order to prevent potential or further damage and cooperate for their resolution per case.
• Continuously researching, reporting performance to executive fffice and stakeholders in order to provide visibility in the overall post contact phase activity.
• Key axes are data integration, data quality assurance, user guidance and requirements analysis, while delivering high quality information.?
• Keeping shared folders with all departments in order to collect data either structured or unstructured coming from all the departments involved in post contact phase and transforming these data into a homogeneous dataset to be used in the model created.
• Loading dataset to the apps used and providing the outcome of the analysis of the model to decision makers transforming qualitative data to quantitative and performing core analysis and customer segmentation.
• Ensuring prompt identification and fast adaptability of new reporting requirements.
• Creating work-flow protocols related to BI communications and other processes.
Requirements
• 2-4 years of similar experience.
• Computer or IT qualified.
• Detail oriented and sound knowledge of BI concepts.
• Excellent Reporting & analytical skills
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Personal and professional integrity.
• Problem solving & solutions oriented
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
