Business Launch Advisor B2C Sales – Russian Speaker

Our client is seeking a Business Launch Advisor (B2C Sales) – Russian Speaker to join our client’s team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in sales or retail who can combine advisory skills with a consultative sales approach to help clients successfully launch and grow their businesses.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients, primarily Russian-speaking, to understand their business goals and provide tailored advisory support.
- Drive B2C sales by presenting services and solutions that enable clients to establish and grow their businesses.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by building trust, offering expert guidance, and closing sales opportunities.
- Conduct consultations and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and success post-launch.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes, enhance client onboarding, and achieve sales targets.
- Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and evolving client needs.

Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in sales or retail with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Fluency in Russian (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is required.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Background in business setup, advisory, or customer-facing roles is a plus.
- Highly motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
