Job description / Role
• To enhance business by adding clients and manage end-to-end operations for Outsourced Manpower.
• To generate revenue through client acquisition.
• To build and expand network on regular basis through different channels.
• To ensure accuracy of records and paperwork, reasonable payment terms, on time payments etc.
• To negotiate strongly for finalizing and dealing with contracts / rates for monthly, quarterly and year requirement.
• To keep updated on revenue through MIS.
• Min 8 + years of experience in HR / Outsource industry.
• Min 2-3 years experience in developing new profitable Accounts in UAE.
• Business Developed across the industries.
• Experienced in Account Management, Team Lead, and Operation management.
• Good contacts with decision makers.
