Job description / Role
- To own the sales funnel & drive sales closure with higher conversion rate.
- Achieving a sales target of 12-15 projects month on month through a team of 8-10 designers. Output- Get new project bookings.
- Customer experience & relationship management.
- Training team to do sales & enabling them to achieve sales targets.
- Must have experience in Interior Designing
- 5+ years of experience in sales & BDM.
- 3+ years of experience in B2C sales.
- Bachelors qualification or Higher management degree.
- Neat, well-groomed appearance.
- Great networking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hindi.
- Immediate Joining.
- Preferred Nationalities: Indian and Pakistani
- Must have UAE experience
