Job Role & Responsibilities

The Business Operations & Strategy leader will work hand in hand with the SaaS Applications Sales Leader of one of our Tier 1 countries in ECEMEA to drive a critical part of the business transformation and execute on our vision with the following responsibilities:
- Chief of Staff and trusted advisor to the Applications Sales Leader of a Tier 1 Country
- Deputy of the Sales Country Leader in all operational matters
- Lead the coordination of all supporting functions and key stakeholders within Oracle to drive business results.
- Lead the creation and deployment of the Country Strategic business plan & GTM strategy
- Work with the Country Sales Leadership team and supporting functions to define and execute Strategic Business Development & growth initiatives.
- Develop and build strategic KPIs, metrics and scorecards to diagnose current situation and develop business insights that drive decision making
- Ensure process consistency within the region and assist with building out Best Practices
- Change Agent to the Tier 1 Country & ECEMEA business overall
- Work with a broad range of Oracle roles to design/adapt/support/execute strategic programs within the Tier 1 country

Requirements

Desired Skills & Experience
- Excellent level of business acumen and understanding of customer centricity & business lifecycles
- Background management consulting with demonstrated executive engagement leading (directly and by influence) large transformational projects
- Versed in change management and strategy implementation
- Ideal candidate is a thought partner, change agent, highly collaborative and trustworthy
- Demonstrated initiative in an unstructured environment with multiple projects & priorities
- Skilled in the areas of facilitation, coordination, consensus building, change management, problem solving and storytelling
- Expertise with Excel & PowerPoint
- Fluency in English and Arabic language preferred

Leadership
- Mix of both strategic and analytical thinking
- Proven track record of implementing change & influencing key stakeholder groups
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and address key business challenges
- Ability to lead, collaborate and communicate with stakeholders across Oracle's supporting functions
- Great leader, with a strength in managing remote and culturally diverse organizations
- High levels of energy, passion, creativity and enthusiasm
- Excellent communication skills
