Job description / Role
Our client is hiring for an Business Performance Specialist to join their team in Dubai, UAE. This candidate will be reporting directly to the Chief of Strategy & Compliance and be responsible for ensuring the company is working in alignment to their business objectives. The candidate will be primarily focusing on assessing critical processes and their link to key aspects of the business strategy. The candidate will also be creating optimal structures to meet arising challenges.
Requirements
The applicant will require a minimum of 5 years of professional exposure, focusing on business performance. The successful candidate will be experienced in business strategy or an analyst. A candidate with an Education, Real Estate or Project Management background is preferred. Arabic speaking is a plus. The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree. The role will provide competitive salary package.
