Business Process (Cargowise) And Associate Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive revenue growth through financial insight and support in sales strategy planning
• Manage key client relationships and assist with collection efforts, payment term follow-ups, and customer calls
• Oversee the entry of checks and bank payments into the system and ensure accurate documentation
• Handle vendor and carrier invoice entries into CargoWise, perform invoice matching and reconciliations
• Record, monitor, and report employee and operational expenses on a regular basis

Provide full support in the use of CargoWise, including:
• Conducting internal trainings and onboarding
• Preparing presentations and process documentation
• Supporting teams in system-related issues and process improvements
• Ensure proper handling of VAT and corporate tax records in line with UAE regulations
• Support monthly closing activities, financial reporting, and budgeting
• Collaborate with internal departments to align operational and financial goals
• Contribute to continuous improvement and automation of financial processes

As Business Process (Cargowise) and Associate Finance Executive , you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company’s financial operations and internal business processes. This includes managing core financial transactions, ensuring compliance with internal controls, supporting system efficiency (particularly via CargoWise), and contributing to the strategic development of operational and financial workflows.

This role also involves supporting core financial operations and optimizing internal business processes with a hands-on approach. You will act as a key liaison between operational departments and finance, ensuring both compliance and efficiency across the board.
