Job description / Role
As the Business Process Support Services Section Head, you will play a critical role in overseeing the operational design and support for business support processes across multiple entities for Oracle HCM applications. You will be responsible for managing post-go-live activities, ensuring smooth transitions into business-as-usual operations, and handling escalations to maintain the integrity of business processes.

Description
* Overseeing daily operations, including resource allocation and leading the team in resolving complex technical issues, implementing proactive measures to prevent future incidents
* Lead on the design and implementation of escalation processes for the team to follow
* Identifying opportunities for process automation, developing KPIs, and providing regular performance reports to management
* Establishes and maintains SLAs, driving continuous improvement in support processes to ensure timely issue resolution for Oracle HCM and related applications
* Possesses deep understanding of Oracle HCM modules and integrations, providing expert-level support and guidance to the team
* Builds and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders, collaborating to understand needs and align support services with business objectives

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., IT, HRM, Business Administration), with relevant certifications in Oracle EBS and Fusion
* At least 7-10 years in IT support / managed services, including 5+ years specialising in Oracle HCM applications.
* Proven track record of leading and managing technical support teams
* Deep understanding of Oracle HCM modules and related technologies, plus knowledge of ITIL or similar frameworks
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
* UAE nationals are encouraged to apply. Fluency in English and Arabic is an essential requirement
