Business Setup Advisor / Corporate Services (Russian Speaker)

Job description / Role

Our client – a leading Russian Corporate Services and Legal Practice Advisory company is opening a new branch in Dubai.

Operating since 2002, the company has been supporting Russian and international businessmen in expanding their companies to global markets, including North America, Europe and Asia, through company formation, visa support, local law advisory, corporate services support and more.

Responsibilities:
- Helps foreign companies and individual clients establish a commercial presence onshore and offshore in UAE
- Establishing a Company in all UAE Free-Zone and Mainland
- Provide a Government and Corporate Services to Corporate Clients
- Help clients to get up and running immediately by eliminating the time-consuming procedures for visas, permits, bank account, licenses and provide specialized PRO services, document clearing and assistance for labor, immigration, economic and municipality department issues
- Established closed cooperation with different Free Zones and other Government Authorities and Banks in UAE
- Developed sound working relations with clients and colleagues within the organization
- Sell Company products and help achieve individual and Team targets
- Support running new office in Dubai and develop business
- Support on hiring and developing personnel of the office in long-term

Requirements

- Native/Advanced Russian and Upper Intermediate English is a must
- 3+ years of experience in corporate services industry, including offshore company formation and bank accounts opening worldwide
- Experience working in UAE minimum 1 year
- Must have the ability to work independently in a fast and efficient manner, manage the team and run the office
