Business Setup Consultant

Job description / Role

This is a full-time on-site Business Setup Consultant role located in JLT, Dubai. The Business Setup Consultant will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, providing expert advice and management consulting services to clients related to business setup in the UAE. The Business Setup Consultant will analyze clients' business models, provide recommendations, prepare various jurisdiction proposals, and help drive overall business success. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional with a proven track record in B2C consultancy.

Job Specification:
• Building strong knowledge of UAE all jurisdictions, i.e., Dubai Mainland, Free Zones, Offshore, etc.
• Facilitating and participating in meetings with key client stakeholders to develop an understanding of their business
• Generating awareness of the product and services offered related to business setup
• Maintaining good relationships with all clients to foster trust and develop potential referrals
• Presenting recommendations to clients regarding the business opportunities and advantages of starting a business in Dubai
• To follow-up and coordinate post-setup services such as corporate bank account opening, visas etc.
• Completing all administrative duties associated with the role as required and updating internal CRM processes and systems
• Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ambassador for TLZ

• Proven track record of successful sales with a specific industry background
• Experience in UAE business incorporation is a plus
• Proven experience in a B2C consultancy environment with a track record of achieving sales targets and fostering client relationships
• Confident personality with the ability to communicate effectively on phone calls and during face-to-face meetings
• Self-motivated and accountable with a strong work ethic
• Exceptional interpersonal skills coupled with adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving industry
• Effective time management and planning capabilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Additional spoken languages are a plus
• Experience in the UAE market and knowledge of local regulations and laws is preferred
• Zoho CRM experienced preferred
