Job description / Role
* Interact/Collaborate with business & Product design and implement innovative solutions for the Product Direction, Visuals and Customer Experience
* Drive lean and zero touch process re-engineering and digitization for banking operational processes
* Ideation, implementation and co-ordination of User Interface and User Experience for mobile applications
* Create process flows, wireframes, storyboards, user flows and site maps.
* Technology lead for co-ordination of crowd source testing and user testing/user research and evaluate/fix user feedback.
* Technology lead for co-ordination of customer focus group testing
* Drive adoption and usage of apps in collaboration with the business
* Technology lead for management of app related services metrics customer TAT, quality and zero touch process
Requirements
* Experience in driving product engineering and fast paced start-up scenarios.
* Experience in R&D, prototyping and product development - User Experience and User Interface Design, with ongoing updates with technologies trends (Social, Mobility, Analytics and Cloud).
* Expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and Visual Design & Wire-framing tools will be an advantage
* Retail Banking Knowledge will be an advantage
* Mobile application development & Commercialization experience
* Process re-engineering
* Industry framework on mobile app testing, acceptance and launch
* Knowledge of French language will be an advantage
* Co-ordination capability
* Analytical thinking
* Data Analysis Capability
* Good Verbal and Written Communication skills
* Experience working in an Agile/Scrum Development Environment. Agile Certification with expertise in implementing methodologies/best practices for large organizations will be an added advantage.
