Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Implement quality, range and freshness standards of offered goods to attract customers in order to achieve the set sales targets.
- Responsible for exceptional customer service is delivered within the section
- Control orders and follow up on deliveries
- Control merchandisers’ attendance and performance
- Control the display of new products while maintaining Planogram
- Stay informed about competition activities in the store’s catchment’s area and take necessary measures
- Oversee the establishment of a competitive assortment offer
- Monitor and report competitor activities (prices, range, promotional activities etc.) to ensure competitive advantage
- Monitor competitor activities like promos, price range, products in demand etc.

Requirements

- Open to Any nationality
- Male, 40 years old and below
- At least a high school graduate/diploma holder with relevant training and certifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the butchery section as a Manager/Team Lead
- Must be flexible in moving to any emirates
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- With valid UAE driving license
