Job description / Role
Butchery Section Manager up to 10k Aed for a Leading Supermarket in UAE
• Implementing quality, range and freshness standards of offered goods to attract customers in order to achieve the set sales targets. The role holder is also responsible for exceptional customer service is delivered within the section
• Control orders and follow up on deliveries
• Control merchandisers’ attendance and performance
• Control the display of new products while maintaining Planogram
• Stay informed about competition activities in the store’s catchment’s area and take necessary measures
• Oversee the establishment of a competitive assortment offer
• Monitor and report competitor activities (prices, range, promotional activities etc.) to ensure competitive advantage
Requirements
• POSITION: Butchery Section Manager
• SALARY: up to 10,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
• HIRING COMPANY: Leading Supermarket Group
• LOCATION: Northern Emirates, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately will be prioritized
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time/Permanent
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to Arabic, European and South African candidates
• Male, 45 years old and below
• Open to candidates outside UAE who are willing to travel to UAE for a technical demonstration
• Open to home country experience
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• At least a high school graduate/diploma holder with relevant training and certifications
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the butchery section of a hotel or supermarket setting
• Communication and presentation skills
• Team player and flexible
