Employment: Full Time

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Butler to provide exceptional service for our prestigious private villas and estates in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be skilled in hospitality, possess a keen eye for detail, and demonstrate a proactive approach to customer service. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our high-end clients experience unparalleled luxury and comfort, creating a welcoming and refined environment within their residence.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the household and ensure smooth functioning of all services.
- Provide exceptional service to guests, including greeting, hosting, and attending to their needs.
- Coordinate and supervise household staff, including housekeepers, chefs, and maintenance personnel.
- Maintain an organized inventory of household supplies and procure items as needed.
- Prepare and serve meals, drinks, and refreshments to guests, ensuring dietary preferences are accommodated.
- Handle personal requests and needs of the clients with discretion and confidentiality.
- Plan and coordinate events or gatherings within the estate, managing all logistics and set-up requirements.
- Oversee the maintenance of the household to ensure all areas are clean, organized, and well-presented.
- Manage security protocols and ensure the safety and privacy of the clients.
- Assist with travel arrangements, including transportation, accommodation, and itinerary management.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Butler or in a similar hospitality role, preferably in luxury settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact positively with clients and guests.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling personal information and requests.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
- Culinary skills and knowledge of food and beverage service are an advantage.
- Ability to solve problems efficiently and make decisions independently under pressure.
- A positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
