Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are currently looking for a Buyer to work for a Leading Multinational Retailer in Dubai, UAE.

Responsibilities:

* Monitor the merchandise plan and ensure its consistency with the national strategy
* Ensure the quality of the collections are aligned with the customer profile
* Usage of analytical tools to assist for managing the collections by Merchandise Managers and Category Managers
* Ensure the pricing structure and discuss advertisement plans with management
* Create and implement merchandise concepts
* Ensure communication between stores and the head quarter
* Negotiate with the team regarding buying conditions
* Awareness of competitors and market trends
* Recommend the annual department budget

Requirements

Requirement:

* Candidate must have a bachelor's degree in Fashion/ Fine Arts or relevant majors
* Minimum 3 years of experience in Retail (FMCG)
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Strong organizational skills and time management
* Candidate must speak/ read/ write English fluently
