Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

In this role you will be responsible for purchasing materials according to required technical specification, price, delivery schedule and terms. Ensuring purchasing activities align with corporate purchasing policies and procedures.

Main Accountabilities will include:
- Supplier Identification: Identifying, selecting and qualifying new suppliers and issues requests for quotations.
- Negotiations: Negotiating agreements with main suppliers, and periodically renews pricelists, terms and conditions.
- Contracts: Adapting corporate contractual framework to the local business needs. Recommends frame agreements to management, and executes upon approval.
- Bid Analysis: Analyzing and evaluating bids in order to determine the optimal value.
- Sales Support: Supporting bid and proposal teams by providing relevant market information.
- Goods Received: Tracking goods received to verify appropriate delivery and ensure invoice processing.
- Supplier Performance: Oversees supplier performance (on time delivery, delivery quality, lead time), and resolving performance issues.
- Orders: Initiating supply orders in system.
- Customer Alignment: Aligning supplier orders with customer requirements (based on ERP or SOP / project requirements) in terms of content, quality, delivery, sustainability and price.
- Process Alignment: Conducting all Supply Chain activities for all goods and services in accordance with policies and procedures.

Requirements

As the ideal candidate, you will have be a graduate or a Bachelor's in Engineering with minimum 02 - 03 years of supply chain experience with hands on in SAP, Know-how of handling electrical equipment supply domain is an added advantage.
