Job description / Role
A leading international retailer is looking for an experienced buyer in sports apparel. The role will be responsible for developing strategic buying plans for the division and will also be responsible for product development advising and working with their team. The role will also involve ensuring smooth buying operations through vendor identification, evaluation and selection, in compliance with the contract principles to achieve the strategic and financial objectives of the concept.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have previous experience as a buyer within a European high street sports brand or multi brand. They will also need to have experience of product development and dealing with multiple buying options (at least 50-100).
They must be driven and dedicated and focused on building a long term career. This is an excellent opportunity for an already seasoned buyer who wants to take the next step.
