Job description / Role
• Receives samples and maintaining product library
• Enters retail prices in RMS once approved by management
• Creates the Purchase Order and PO Cover sheet
• Follow up on supplier payment with Finance
• Prepares range detail file for product category
• Prepares and update PO Tracker file for shipping department
• Sends kitting instructions to the warehouse
• Prepares product information for marketing, visual merchandising and Learning & Development departments
• Ensures product registration documents are prepared 4 weeks in advance for new items
Requirements
• Open to ANY nationals
• Male/Female, 40 years old and below
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or any related certificate
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same position
• Organized and capable of multi-tasking with attention to details
• Proficient in using MS Office applications
• Excellent communication skills
