Job description / Role
Our client who is a very well established retailer in the region with multiple international franchisee brands and with stores across the GCC region is looking for an experienced B&M professional to join them.
We are looking for a Western Expat B&M Manager with 8-10 years of experience including atleast 5 years in the UAE/GCC market.
The ideal candidate would be currently working for an International brand of fashion apparels. Experience with Mens/Womens/Kids wear/ accessories/handbags would be a good fit.
Strong knowledge of OTB planning, inventory management, retail planning, retail analysis, Category management, Brand management, Import-Export management and should have a clear understanding of the market dynamics, competitor analysis and ability to unearth opportunities in the market.
Requirements
We are expecting the candidates to have a Bachelor's degree preferably in fashion/garments technology with a post graduation in Management.
We are looking at candidates who are currently in a leadership position with a team of buyers and merchandisers reporting into them
