Are you a C-Level executive who has worked for a Professional Services Firm or been a Trusted Advisor to Business Boards for at least 15 years?
Do you seek an opportunity to transition from being an Independent Consultant and build a Managing Partner Joint Venture Company? or take on a Leadership Role at C-Level?
We have been building our company RTS Global Partners for 5 years now with $550k of seed funding from RAW Group, and gone from start-up to 800% early-stage growth. We have a leading position in our industry of family business advisory and ready for explosive growth, to build-out a Global Joint Venture Company Model.
We recently hired a CEO & CFO and are now looking for 2 more C-level superstars to join our dream team, as Chief Digital/Technology Officer and Chief Commercial/Marketing Officer, who have been there and done it and now looking for their next 5-year entrepreneurial career journey.
In addition, we are hiring Non-Executive Directors and Board Advisors, with strong professional services, family business advisory or investment banking backgrounds, who have built $100m to $1b+ companies or been on the board of companies of this size.
Outside of this we are looking to attract future Managing Partners to launch new Joint Venture Companies in 100 Cities around the world. If you been with a top Accounting or Strategic Consulting Firm, and fed-up with the traditional Partner buy-in model, this would be an ideal opportunity for you.
We require the brain-power, intelligence and your expertise initially on a ‘part-time’ basis in exchange for an equity stake in our company.
The intention is then to create an investment fund with a pool of global investors, with 20% of the fund to be used to grow RTS Global Partners and 80% to be used to launch our new RTS Technology and RTS Ventures solutions, that will create disruptive technologies and invest in next-generation entrepreneurs and start-ups linked to family businesses. Thereafter, we would like to attract our new C-level executive to become full-time members, who will be given further annual remuneration with a C-level six-figure compensation, benefits and incentive plan. The Managing Partners will have equity in our new joint venture companies from day-one, and establish new RTS Offices with full responsibility of P&L and be part of global stock-option plan.
RTS Global Partners is expanding and building a global family business platform of Managing Partners in 22 Countries. We have built a credible and specialized niche brand in supporting over 118 Family Owned Businesses to date, ranging from $10m to $5b in revenues across Africa, Middle East & Asia. We have worked with 1st to 5th generation family groups and helped them develop both family and business Regeneration, Transformation and Succession plans.
We are No.1 in our operating regions and have a unique business model backed with leading edge tools and methodologies in 150 disciplines. Our core business has been in the Family Business Advisory/Consulting /Education areas, and we are now ready for a BIG leap linking professional services to technology and venture solutions.
In the last 3 years, we have done business in 19 countries and now ready to expand globally. What we need now is the C-level Executive and Managing Partner dream teams, that will support this growth and the next tier of innovation and funding. We want to attract members who want to help us build a global billion-dollar success story, which will impact thousands of clients and millions of their employees.
Our exit plan for future investors is to execute an IPO by 2022 or merge with a large global professional services group or technology firm. Our HQ is in Dubai-UAE. We are ideally looking for C-level executives who are based (or have worked) in Dubai-UAE/GCC/Middle East and have been associated with public listed companies in their career journey.
Chief X Officers and Managing Partners with solid operational and management excellence experience in professional services and technology sectors, who have built fast-growth enterprises, built any Joint Venture Companies globally, ideally with listed companies. A strong background is needed in managing a global team of professionals, and experience in attracting top talent and building an advisory platform infrastructure. Desirable past experiences would include sitting on Business Boards as an Advisor/Consultant, or ideally you have built a $100m to $1b+ company before and managed consultants and employees globally. Prospective Managing Partners should have extensive expertise in building an advisory firm in a specific region/city or internationally.
