We are looking for an organized self-starter to help eliminate defects and streamline Customer returns process for our customers in Middle East/North Africa (MENA).
The goal is to offer a best-in-class online returns program for our customers in MENA region . From t-shirts to refrigerators, if a customer buys it online at Amazon we provide customer returns. We are looking for a skilled Program Manager who will work with various stakeholder teams (CS, Transportation, FC, Marketplace, Retail, Tech, Delivery Experience) to focus on defect elimination in Customer Returns process.

· You will drive cross functional projects with customer-facing and financial impact.
· You will own strategic programs which will have a direct impact to customers
· You will work with multiple teams from a variety of different functions including CS, Transportation, FC, Marketplace, Retail, Tech, Delivery Experience to name a few.
Responsibilities:
· Analyze data to identify defects, understand root causes, identify trends, and create solutions that will address root causes and reduce waste
· Proven success in managing complex and multi-faceted programs or projects with the ability to drive projects through completion.
· Partner with cross-functional teams to develop system solutions, including automation
· Communicate to senior leaders through white papers on the status of returns defect elimination programs, escalations and strategic projects.
· Develop metrics and reporting necessary to manage and improve performance in reducing defects
· Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues effectively to both internal and external stakeholders

Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience program management
- Master's Degree
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes.
- Excels at delivering results in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Bias for action; able to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Experience driving process improvements/automation through technology
- Written and presented whitepapers or other documents
- Expert root cause analysis, advanced Excel and SQL experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in continuous process improvement methodologies, such as Lean
- Fluency in Arabic
