CA Senior Finance Account Manager

Job description / Role

A large international group, whom have a long standing relationship with us here at Irwin & Dow, are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join their hands on finance team. Specialising in metal commodities, recycling, manufacturing and engineering products with a headquarters in the UK, our client also has hubs offices in Singapore, India, Hong Kong and Sydney and an extended network of operations covering more than 30 countries, employing over 10,000 people globally.

As part of a large finance team you will be responsible for complex group consolidations and ensure you are fully updated with all finance and accounting procedures, including working to the IFRS framework. You will also manage a small tem of finance assistants and be able to manage the team’s workload effectively to ensure that all deadlines are actively met, in accordance with both senior management and traditional finance deadlines, such as month and year end and VAT submittals. The CA Senior Finance Account Manager will also provide MIS analytical review and reportings on a regular basis and those with advanced excel skills are therefore a distinct advantage. There will also be tax and VAT regulations to adhere to for both the UAE and the respective countries you will be involved with over time.

Requirements

This is a finance vacancy with a well-established and stable global organisation and therefore the candidates applying for this position need to possess Chartered Accountant accreditations as a minimum and 7-10 years overall experience. Preference will be given to those from an audit background from the big 4 financial institutions, exposure to Tally ERP and candidates whom are bi-lingual with Indian language skills in addition to English.
