Job description / Role
Regional Real Estate Developer in search of a CAD Draftsman to work closely with the Sales team to assist the customization of high-net worth clients specifications and needs for the development of their land / properties.
- Effectively communicate ideas and designs with client and sales to meet expectations of the project.
- To be considered for this position, the candidate must be proficient in Auto CAD and Revit with a strong portfolio including real estate / housing / realty development.
Salary:
AED
10,000 to 12,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
- Solid UAE experience within CAD Design
- Revit Software competency (Essential)
- Designing and Customizing Villas / Residential plots / Housing
- Experience of communicating designs and customization between different departments
- Developer / PMC / Consultancy background (Advantageous)
- Fluent English (Verbal / Written)
- Residing in the UAE.
- Open to travel to Abu Dhabi office
