CAD Draughtsman (4 Positions)

Join a leading TIER 1 Main Contractor with a stellar track record in delivering iconic projects across the UAE.

With 4 new major projects secured worth AED 2.4 billion, we are urgently seeking 4 CAD Draughtsmen to join the team.

Role Overview:
• As a CAD Draughtsman, you will play a crucial role in supporting our high-profile projects by preparing and managing detailed CAD drawings.
• You will work closely with architectural, structural, and interior design teams to ensure accurate and efficient design documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and manage detailed CAD drawings for various projects
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure design accuracy and compliance
• Handle shop drawings, RFIs, material submissions, and NOCs
• Adapt swiftly to project changes, including value engineering and material adjustments

Compensation:
• Up to 10,000 AED per month for the right candidates
Interviews are scheduled for September & October. Immediate starts are available, and we are looking for candidates who can begin employment before December 2024.

• 5 years of experience as a CAD Draughtsman, preferably with a reputable main contractor
• Proficiency in REVIT, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
• Strong experience in shop drawings, RFIs, material submissions, and design management
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
• Must be based in the UAE

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
