Position Title: Café Head Baker (Pre-opening)
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 16K AED all-inclusive
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Description:
-Develop, test, and perfect a diverse range of baked goods, including artisan breads, viennoiserie, cakes, pastries, and specialty items.
-Lead daily bakery operations, ensuring timely production and efficient workflow and supervise all stages of baking, from mixing and proofing to baking and finishing, maintaining consistent quality.
-Hire, train, and guide bakers, pastry chefs, and staff to build a strong team and hold regular training to improve traditional and modern baking skills.
-Manage ingredient sourcing and inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimal waste; Work closely with procurement to source high-quality ingredients at the best prices.

Qualifications:
-38 years old and below
-Minimum of 5 years' experience in a high-end bakery, including 2+ years in a leadership role
-formally trained in baking and pastry, with expertise in artisan bread, viennoiserie, and a range of baked goods.
-Strong knowledge of food safety standards with a passion for creative and innovative baking.
Salary:
AED
16,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
