Position Title: Café Manager
Employment Type: Full time
Salary: up to 15K AED all-inclusive depending on the experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
A high-end, stand-alone restaurant café inspired to match a 5-star experience concept within a car racing environment in Dubai
Job Description:
• Responsible in leading the team for day-to-day operations of the restaurant
• Improve sales overall by ensuring guests satisfaction and prompt problem resolutions based on customer demands
• Daily supervision and checking on VVIP food experience
• Minimize cost by avoiding wastage and spoilages of resources and supplies
• Report P&L for the restaurant to management
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to European and Asian candidates
• 40 y/o and below
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the same role
• Strong experience in the F&B industry especially with competitor outlets with similar concepts, strong background with F&B knowledge
• With UAE market knowledge key(developing trends, business cycles, seasonality)
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
