Position Title: Café Manager/Centre Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 8K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A leading Bakery serving the community of U.A.E for more than 25 years
Job Description:
• Speak with customers to define cake specifications and design needs
• Use creativity & fashion elements in cake design
• Use select ingredients, colours, and accessories to decorate cakes
• Ensure effective communication between staff, guide and train the subordinates to maintain highly motivated, friendly, and productive working environment.
• Organize and reorder supplies, labelling where appropriate and Supervise the Quality check
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Indian nationals
• 35 years old and below
• Must be a Management Graduate in arts or hospitality
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the baking industry
• Must have technical expertise in baking and quality control
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
