Job description / Role
Looking for Call Center Agents - will be handling customer queries on calls / chats and emails.
Contract Period: 3 Months (can be extended depending on performance)
Timings: Rotational shifts, days off are rotational (9 hours duty, 1 hour break)
Salary: 3000 AED + 500 KPI Bonus
• There are night shifts in this role
AED 3,000 to 3,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
• Should be able to speak English and Arabic fluently
• Should have own visa - Student visa / Family sponsorship visa / Employment visa with NOC
• Should be flexible for night shifts
• Working from office
