Employment: Contract

Our client is looking for candidates for a job as a Customer Service Agent/ Call Centre Agent. This position is accountable to provide the highest standards of customer service through the provision of phone services (calls) to existing and potential customers from the UK.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Provide high-quality customer service by answering customer enquiries efficiently and politely through phone calls with correct and complete information and redirect them where appropriate.
• Identify customer problems and offer appropriate solutions.
• Continuous learning to keep up-to-date with changes and development of products, services, and procedures.
• Handling projects and tasks whenever required and asked by the management.

Requirements

Requirements:
• Fluency in English (speaking, listening, writing).
• Competent use of PC.
• Can join immediately (within a week).

Schedule / Timings:
• Sunday-Thursday: 11AM- 11PM
• Saturday: 4PM- 11PM
• Friday: OFF

Salary: Starts from AED 2,750 per month (contractual visa provided) + commission
