A Call Center Representative focuses on building relationships with our clients through both inbound calls, outbound calls, and electronic communications.
• Strong command of the English language
• Proficient in desktop application and internet
• Must possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking skills and organizational expertise mastering job description, on call scripting and
industry product knowledge
• Candidates must complete our training course.
