Employment: Full Time

Job Summary:

Communicates with internal and external customers about policies, solutions, and marketing initiatives.

Essential Job Functions (but not limited to):

1. Handle direct clients (individual) with and sell TMNF insurance products.
2. Provide timely and accurate response to client inquiries on existing policies with regards to policy amendments, billing, claims and upcoming renewals.
3. Provide quotations for various individual line products such as Motor, Travel, and Home Insurance.
4. Review customer documents based on company guidelines prior to policy issuance.
5. Process the renewal of policies for existing clients via E-tokio portal.
6. Promote any on-going campaigns and schemes both for Individual and Corporate clients.
7. Release renewal notices to existing clients and follow up on their confirmation.
8. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails and chat inquiries.
9. Promote TMNF products over the phone and discuss the details of policy coverage.
10. Research, identify, and resolve customer queries by utilizing available tools such as Premia, E-tokio, etc.
11. Complete and update all abandoned, callbacks, customer feedback requests from all sources.
12. Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
