Job description / Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Agent who is fluent in Arabic to join our dynamic client in Dubai, UAE. As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support in the courier and logistics industry. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and concerns while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from customers, addressing queries and providing accurate information regarding courier and logistics services.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction with our services.
- Process customer orders, track shipments, and assist with resolving any issues related to delivery and logistics.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while communicating with customers, ensuring a positive experience.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system, maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure timely responses.
- Provide detailed information about our services, pricing, and promotions to customers.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services that may benefit the customer.
- Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and industry trends to provide accurate information.
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Arabic & English is required.
- Own Visa only.
- Proven experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the courier or logistics industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong customer-centric approach.
- Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism and composure.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
- A positive attitude, team player mentality, and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
Salary:
AED
2,000 to 3,500
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
