Join our dynamic team as a Call Center Agent in the thriving interiors, architecture, and construction industry in Dubai. You will be the first point of contact for clients and prospects, providing exceptional customer service and supporting our sales and project teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently, addressing customer inquiries related to interiors, architecture, and construction services.
- Provide detailed information about our services, pricing, and project timelines to potential and existing clients.
- Log and track customer interactions and feedback using CRM systems to support follow-ups and project coordination.
- Collaborate closely with sales and project management teams to relay client requirements and feedback.
- Resolve customer issues promptly or escalate them to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our company’s offerings and industry developments to advise customers accurately.

Requirements:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes with patience and efficiency.
- Basic understanding or interest in interiors, architecture, or construction is advantageous.
- Familiarity with CRM software and call center technologies preferred.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to the dynamic nature of the industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven approach.

Salary:
AED 2,500 to 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
