Job description / Role
Quest is working with a leading salon business in the Middle East, looking for Call Center Agents to join their team in Abu Dhabi. They are looking for strong English speakers with at least 2 years relevant experience.
As a Call Center Agent, you will:
- Conduct and manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Identify client needs / concerns, clarify information and provide solutions
- Take advantage of opportunities to upsell services
- Manage customer bookings; provide top-notch customer service at all times
- Follow company “scripts” and protocols
- Achieve monthly KPIs and targets
- Strong English proficiency, UAE based
- Bachelor’s degree, with at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service and active listening skills
- Experience in the Customer Service industry
- Female required (due to the nature of the role)
