Call Center Executive

Join our dynamic team in Dubai as a Call Center Executive, where you will serve as the vital link between customers and our automotive spare parts business. You will provide excellent customer service, handle inquiries efficiently, and contribute to enhancing client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls promptly and professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries about automotive spare parts availability, pricing, and compatibility.
- Assist customers in placing orders and provide accurate product information.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Resolve customer complaints in a courteous and effective manner, escalating issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships.

- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in automotive or related industries.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with computer systems and CRM software.
- Positive attitude and a team player mindset.
- Availability to work in Dubai, UAE, with flexibility in shifts if required.

Salary:
AED 4,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
