Call Center Executive / Receptionist (2)
Job Specification:
- Minimum 2 years call centre or Receptionist experience is mandatory
- GCC , CIS and Indian nationality preferable
- Must hold a Degree or Diploma
- Looking for Call Center Executive and Receptionist who can Read, Write and Speak ARABIC & ENGLISH
Requirements
- Good Interpersonal Skills.
- Fluency in English & Arabic Mandatory
- Should not be more than 28 years
- Manage incoming calls and customers service enquiry.
- Collect information on the clients requirements, up sell services and conduct follow-up calls if require .
