Our client is a multinational insurance firm that engages in global insurance, investment management, and other financial services.
As an Customer Service Executive, based in Dubai, your role will be responsible to support the team in Inbound and outbound calls related to sales of insurance products.
Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following:
• High call volume contact centers
• B2C sales
• Day to day reporting
• Handling different customer situations
• Insurance or banking related products
You will be well presented with a good command of English both written and spoken, with an additional language being an advantage. This role would someone with a high energy personality who likes to interact with customers.
