Call Center Sales Operator

Job description / Role

What we offer:
– Transparent motivation system: base salary + KPI-based bonuses

– Work with clients based in Dubai
– Warm leads only, no cold calling
– Work schedule: office-based 5/2, from 9am to 7pm
– Work visa sponsorship

Responsibilities:
– The main task: selling interior design and renovation services in Dubai to inbound (warm) leads
– Processing leads, qualifying inquiries, and scheduling meetings with clients

– Candidate must be currently located in Dubai
– Personal computer/laptop and headset
– Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or a call center (mandatory)
– Confident spoken and written English
– Experience in the renovation or construction industry is a strong advantage

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 6,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: KPI-based bonuses, work visa sponsorship, working with warm leads only
