Employment: Full Time

Looking for an exciting, supervisor role that gives you the opportunity to work with the sales team within the sales & operations department with the opportunity to grow a fresh start-up into a successful market-changing business?

Elkaso is an online platform revolutionizing the ordering and communications process between Restaurants & Suppliers by digitising the process end to end to ultimately ease the procurement process. Through well-designed product solutions we will unlock capabilities that make the process more efficient while improving profitability.

About the Job
- Actively monitor daily calls of agents, evaluate agents' performance, provide learning and coaching while taking corrective action where necessary.
- Track daily/weekly / monthly performance of executed calls
- Implement quality measures and track the quality of calls by daily tracking and random checks
- Assist in setting targets for individuals and the team
- Optimise processes and keep team motivated
- Ensure adherence to attendance and compliance to SOPs
- Hire and onboard new agents
- Keep management informed about any issues and problems
- Prepare regular performance reports
- Perform daily calls

Requirements

Who we’re looking for
- High school diploma, higher education preferred
- Call center, customer service, supervisory experience
- Proficiency with technology, especially computers, software applications and other phone systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, arabic is a plus
- Experience with training, coaching & evaluating team members
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excel skills
