Job description / Role
We are seeking an energetic and reliable professional to join our team as Call Center Agent. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the needed information to the clients as well answering their questions. Our call centre agents are often the first point of contact for good sales, so we are interested in hiring an employee with commitment and determination.
• Conducting outbound calls, reading from scripts that describe products.
• Explain products and prices as well answering client’s questions.
• Obtain client’s information and create interest in our products.
• Maintain quality standards.
• Achieve KPI’s
• Follow company procedures.
• Must have excellent communication and phone skills.
• Patient & ability to handle high pressure situations.
• Team player.
• Customer focus and adaptable to different situations.
• Fluent in English.
• Must have UAE work experience & at least 2yrs work experience in a call centre.
