Job description / Role
Job Description:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails;
- Management and resolve customer complaints;
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors;
- Provide service information to customers
Salary:
AED
4,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
- Exceptional communication skills – both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on their feet.
- Proficiency in utilizing call center technology and software.
- Previous experience in a customer service-oriented role.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
