Job description / Role

On behalf of our client a Dubai based call centre whose industry lies in the luxury sector we are looking to recruit a Call Centre Supervisor. Reporting to the MD you will be responsible for managing a team of call centre operators, dealing with sensitive issues that cannot be resolved by the operators and other duties deemed suitable

AED 10000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.


The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE, have strong experience as a Supervisor of a call centre, be fluent in Arabic, knowledge of Microsoft applications ( Word, Powerpoint and Outlook) Knowledge of the luxury sector would be advantageous.
